Meet The Founder

I am Coach Taunja J, the founder and President of Alpha Christian Coaching Academy. I am known as the ‘The Coach to Christian Coaches.’

I have been a Christian Life Coach for over fifteen years, and I am passionate about seeing the lives of people transformed by renewing their minds through Christian Coaching and applying biblical principles and spiritual formation. For many years, I knew what my purpose and calling was, but was saturated in fear and lacked the confidence and boldness to walk out the purpose God designed for my life. It was not until I found a Christian Coach (and mentor) that helped me realize my potential, build my confidence, and help me see that I was created for greatness and that God created me for purpose!

Not only have I seen my life TRANSFORM from the result of receiving Christian coaching in the past. I am now seeing the lives of my clients TRANSFORMED in remarkable ways, from discovering, executing, and walking in their purpose, deepening their relationship with God, growing in their careers, realizing their passions, reviving dreams, and living a life of fulfillment, peace, and joy!

I hold two coaching certifications, one as a Christian Life and Purpose Coach, and the other as a Leadership Coach. Now, I TRAIN, EQUIP, and EMPOWER Christian Coaches to transform the lives of their clients.

I am a wife, mother, pastor, and entrepreneur with over thirty years of business experience. I am in the process of pursuing a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. I am known as the ‘Empowerment and Transformational’ Christian Coach 4 women, coaching women to achieve success in every area of life. I am passionate about seeing women discover, execute, and walk in their God-given (and God-ordained) PURPOSE!

I have been a Certified Christian Life Coach for 5 years. I feel blessed to be able to work with individuals on their life goals and relationship with God. Throughout my years of teaching and 20 years of ministry , I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals creating relationships that foster a healthy balance of faith and life.

Dr. YeVetta Wilson-Worst

For the past 48 years I have been a passionate Christian and it's my greatest joy to help others progress in their faith. With over 14 years of experience as an executive coach, I am driven to help Christians reach their goals while focusing on spiritual healing and warfare. My Amazon Best Selling book "Powerful Christian" is a testament to this mission and I strive to continue this journey through Christian Coaching.
