Unlike many coaching programs-Alpha Christian Coaching Academy integrates biblical principles and Christian principles for ultimate client transformation.

God has given you a unique gift to transform lives through Christian coaching. One of the most beautiful things about the skill set that you will obtain with ACCA is that you can apply it to becoming successful not only in the Christian coaching arena but in any industry. Relationships are the center of our lives; whether personal, in your career or in growing your coaching business, the techniques that you’ll learn through this training will enhance your life experience. because it will significantly alter the way that you navigate challenges and communicate to help others do the same.

A total of 40 hours are required to receive your Christian Coaching Certification (CCC).
The hours for your certification are broken down as follows:

˜ 24 hours of online instructional time (1 ½ hours per week for 16 weeks).
˜ 6 hours of peer coaching (2 hours will be observed by the Coaching Instructor).
˜ 10 hours of coaching clients (paid or pro bono).

Once you have successfully completed our training program, you will be a Certified Christian Coach through Alpha Christian Coaching Academy. You’ll be able to help clients make progress with all areas of their life. Our program is taught in a Christian environment, and we will prepare you to work with clients from every walk of life.

Alpha Christian Coaching Academy is not accredited program through ICF (International Coaching Federation).  However although not required in the coaching industry, ACCA plans to pursue accreditation from ICF within the next year. Alpha Christian Coaching Academy is recognized as a business in the state of Virginia. ACCA does adhere to the standards of ICF to skillfully coach our students throughout their process of becoming purposeful and profitable coaches. Our program is designed to certify you in the industry of Christian coaching, help you gain credibility as a coach, enhance your leadership abilities and develop a foundation for you to grow your business as a coach.

Great News! This course is completely online and all past recordings from missed sessions can be accessed in our exclusive online portal. You will also be assigned a course mentor throughout your process that will help you to facilitate your growth and provide an experience that ensures you feel supported every step of the way. Classes will be held once a week in 1 1/2-hour modules and will run for 16 weeks. This program will be presented in an online format using ZOOM in conjunction with a teaching/training platform.

The initial deposit is required during enrollment and guarantees your spot in the academy. ACCA has multiple affordable financing options as well as in-house payment plans through ACCA available to get you started.

ACCA will recommend additional reading materials to enhance your Christian Coaching Certification (CCC) and helpful Christian Coaching videos to watch at your leisure.
A workbook will provided for each module and a PowerPoint presentation from the facilitating instructor.
